Recipe Item Record Recipe Costing


Recipe Items allow you to keep track of items in your restaurant and view up-to-date information around recipe costs!



Recipe Items provide updated costing for your recipes and allow you to count those prepped items on your Stock Counts, which reflects a more accurate depiction of your food cost.

Even further, connecting Recipe Items to the Menu Items polled into R365 from your POS can help you better track how much product mix has been used each day.

Having accurate representations of your Recipe Items can have a drastic impact on your Operations!


New Recipes can be created by hovering over 'Item' in the top ribbon and then 'Setup' and clicking 'New Recipe'. Existing Recipes can be viewed by clicking 'Recipes' under 'Inventory' in the 'Operations' module.
